Marissa started FBC 101 when she realized that more and more girls were gaining interest in the fashion industry. She thought that "boot camp" style workshops were perfect because in 2 hours teens can gain the crucial information they need to start getting their foot in the door as well as learn what really goes on behind the scenes. After receiving emails from all over the USA asking if workshops were held in their cities, Marissa decided to offer phone workshops and write the guide. Now FBC 101 offers online classes for teens everywhere!
Marissa Rizzuto was also the Creator of her own line of handmade accessories called Marissa Toni. Quirky and fashion forward, the Marissa Toni line has been adored by such celebrities as Fergie and featured in Teen Vogue and CosmoGirl.
Additionally, she has worked for such companies such as Nicole Miller and Nomination Jewelry. She studied FashionMerchandising at FIT and also attended the Make-up Designory in Los Angeles to study Wardrobe Styling.

Kens5.com in San Antonio - "Not so much into steel as fabric? No problem. How about the two-day Fashion Boot Camp 101 Saturday and Sunday at the Westin Riverwalk with fashion stylist Marissa Rizzuto. This is just for teens 13 to 18 who want to learn how to be fashion stylists and it covers the whole shebang: working with models, hair, makeup and professional photographers."
